Hand off the breakroom shopping

A stocked breakroom is a small job that never really ends: a running list on someone’s phone, a detour to the store, a trunk full of water flats. San Ramon Cleaning takes it over. We buy what your team really uses, carry it in, put it away in the cupboards and fridge, and leave the kitchen in order before we go.

Pantry restocking stands apart from cleaning. Book it by itself, or, if we clean for you as well, set it next to those visits.

Timed to a hybrid week

Restocks follow how fast your kitchen empties, from once a week for a small suite to several times a week for a full floor. An office that fills up midweek and thins out on Fridays gets drinks and snacks timed for the busy days, so nothing sits on a shelf going stale.

Each visit, older items move to the front, dates are checked, the coffee station is refilled, the fridge is loaded and empty boxes are broken down for recycling.

Your list, your budget, one contact

Setup is a short conversation and a look at the kitchen. Together we write the shopping list: what stays stocked, how much of each, and the favorites people would miss. Dietary needs go on the same sheet, so gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, low-sugar or decaf choices are part of every order.

You pick a monthly budget, and we shop to it. If the list and the budget start to drift apart, we bring you the choice instead of making it for you. Staff requests can run through one office contact, who signs off on changes before they reach the list.

Typical shelves

  • Coffee and tea: ground or whole-bean coffee, tea, creamer and sugar
  • Cold drinks: bottled and sparkling water, juice and sodas
  • Snacks: chips, crackers, granola and protein bars, nuts, fruit cups and other grab-and-go picks
  • Tableware: cups, plates, utensils and napkins

The reset after each restock

Every restock finishes with the room put back together. Counters and tables are wiped, the sink is cleared, the coffee station is straightened, fridge shelves are organized and anything past its date is pulled. The next person in for a refill walks into a ready breakroom.

Campus floors and office-park suites

On a corporate campus or in a business park, the breakroom tends to be one of the rooms people visit most during the workday. A headquarters floor may keep several kitchens running at once, each with its own coffee habits and its own pace of emptying.

A smaller suite in a mid-size office park often shares a single kitchenette, and there a short, well-chosen list does more than a crowded shelf.

When we also clean the office

If you also book office cleaning with us, the restock can join the evening cleaning slot, or come early in the morning so the drinks are cold and the coffee is full when people arrive. The cleaning crew handles heavier breakroom work, such as appliance fronts, the microwave interior and the floor, while the restock keeps the shelves full.

Restrooms are a separate job. Paper, soap, liners and dispensers are covered by our janitorial supplies service, which can run alongside the pantry.

Who it suits

Pantry restocking fits any workplace where people share a kitchen: corporate offices and professional suites, coworking spaces with a members’ lounge, clinics with a staff room, and shops with a back room for breaks. For a small team, nobody has to volunteer for the shopping; on a larger floor, a busy kitchen stays consistent from week to week.

What shapes the cost

Most of the cost is the groceries, held to the monthly budget you choose. The service side follows how many people use the kitchen, how many kitchens there are, how often we restock, how premium the coffee and snacks are, and how much tidying each visit includes.

A few useful answers

Common questions

Our own staff do the cleaning. Is pantry restocking still an option?

Yes. Pantry restocking runs on its own, so a business with in-house cleaning, or another cleaning company, can still hand us the kitchen shopping.

Can the pantry cover gluten-free or nut-free needs?

Yes. Dietary needs go on the shopping list from the first conversation, and those items are part of every order alongside the regular snacks.

Can one person at our office control the shopping list?

Yes. One office contact signs off on the list and the monthly budget, and staff requests go through that person before the order changes.

Can the order change for a team event or a slow month?

Yes. Items, quantities and the budget can be adjusted whenever you like, whether for a team event or a quieter holiday month.
