Dealers across San Ramon
Each dealership here runs a showroom, sales offices and a customer lounge that all need to look their best at opening. Stores range from compact independent showrooms to full dealerships with a service department behind the sales floor, and we clean both kinds.
Small or large, a dealership sells trust before it sells a car. Clear glass, a bright floor and a tidy waiting area tell a buyer that the vehicles are looked after too, and our crews keep that first impression sharp every time they leave the building.
Showroom glass and display floors
Windows and glass doors are where a showroom wins or loses its shine. Our cleaners wash interior glass from the sill up, polish entry doors and push bars, and lift handprints from glass office walls and display cases. Sliding doors and the frames around them are wiped so the entrance looks crisp from the lot.
On the display floor, tile, porcelain and polished concrete are dust-mopped and then damp-mopped around every vehicle, with tire scuffs and tracked-in dirt at the doors worked off by hand. Display stands, baseboards and brochure racks are wiped, and periodic scrubbing and burnishing through our commercial floor care keep the floor bright between visits.
The same eye for glass and floors carries over to every kind of display floor in San Ramon. Our showroom cleaning plan applies it to furniture, lighting, tile and kitchen-and-bath showrooms.
Customer seating, coffee station and restrooms
Customers sit and wait while numbers are run, paperwork is signed or an oil change wraps up. We clean the seating area for that wait: chairs and tables are wiped, the coffee machine, water dispenser and counter are cleaned and dried, the magazine and brochure tables are straightened, and bins are emptied.
Each restroom gets a complete clean, with toilets, sinks, door handles and partitions disinfected, mirrors polished and paper and soap topped up from our supplies or your stock. A restroom that customers use on the way in from the lot gets the same full treatment as the one inside the showroom.
Sales desks, finance office and back rooms
Sales desks and the finance office are dusted, wiped and set straight, and their glass is cleaned. Contracts, key cabinets and customer files are left exactly as staff placed them. Our background-checked cleaners clean around documents and never sort or move them.
Back offices, the staff break room and the employee entrance are on the same visit. Counters, sinks, microwaves and refrigerator handles are wiped, recycling goes out and floors are cleaned, so the team’s side of the building is as fresh as the showroom.
Service areas, parts and the approach to the door
Dealers with a service department get their write-up desk, customer waiting area, cashier counter and parts window cleaned on the same route as the showroom. Floors by the service entrance, which collect the most tracked-in grime, get extra passes, and service offices and the technicians’ break room are cleaned and restocked.
Shop and service-bay concrete can be machine-scrubbed on its own schedule, booked when the bays are empty. Outside, entry walks and the concrete in front of the showroom doors can be added to a pressure washing cycle, so the approach looks as good as the inside.
Clean for opening, clean for sales weekends
We usually come in after closing. We clean the back rooms and service side first and finish in the showroom, so the glass and floor are untouched when the doors open. Dealers who stay open late can book an early-morning visit instead.
A big sales weekend or a new model arriving calls for more. We can schedule a deeper visit ahead of the event, covering glass, floors and the customer area, and a porter from our day porter services can stay on through the busy hours to keep restrooms stocked and the coffee station in order.
Dealers with a second location or a separate pre-owned office can put both on one plan, with each building cleaned on the hours that suit it.
What sets the price of dealership cleaning
Dealership pricing comes from the building and how it is used. Showroom size, the amount of interior glass, the number of restrooms, visits per week, whether there is a service department and waiting area, and the type of display floor all shape the monthly figure.
Porter hours during events, floor scrubbing and pressure washing are priced on their own lines. We walk the store with you and then send a written quote.
A few useful answers
Common questions
Do you clean small independent car lots in San Ramon?
Yes. A compact showroom or sales office with customer seating and a restroom gets the same checklist as a larger store, scaled to its size and hours.
Will cleaning be finished before our sales team arrives?
Yes. We clean after closing or early in the morning and finish in the showroom, so the floor and glass are ready when your doors open.
Can the concrete outside our showroom be washed?
Yes. Entry walks and the concrete in front of the showroom can be pressure-washed on a regular cycle, scheduled while the store is closed.
Do your cleaners touch the cars on the showroom floor?
No. Our cleaners mop and dust around each display vehicle and its stand, keeping mops, carts and cloths away from the paint.
Can we add a porter for a weekend sales event?
Yes. A porter can stay through the event to restock restrooms, tidy the coffee station, empty bins and keep the entry glass clear.
How many nights a week should our showroom be cleaned?
A showroom that opens every day is best cleaned each night it trades, since glass and floors pick up prints and tire marks within a day. A smaller lot can start at a few nights a week and add a visit before each sales weekend.
