Seven products, kept in stock

Most restroom complaints trace back to one empty holder. San Ramon Cleaning keeps a deliberately short product line and stocks every item on it: toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, roll and folded hand towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, plus trash bags and can liners sized to each bin. We also provide the paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers that hold those refills, and we mount them for you.

A focused list is easier to keep right. Each product is something a crew can check, count and top up on the spot, and each refill is chosen to fit the hardware on your walls.

Where the stock lives in a San Ramon building

  • Restrooms: tissue in each stall with a backup roll, a seat cover holder, towels and soap at every basin, and liners for the stall bins and the main can.
  • Breakrooms: a towel dispenser at the sink, hand soap beside the faucet, and liners sized for trash and recycling.
  • Entries and lobbies: a sanitizer station inside the front door and bags for the lobby cans.
  • Conference rooms and open work areas: wall-mounted sanitizer and small liners for desk baskets.

On the walkthrough we note every restroom, sink and bin by floor. That room-by-room sheet tells the crew exactly what each space should hold.

Topped up during cleaning, if you choose

If San Ramon Cleaning also handles your janitorial service and you want the products from us, supplies can join the route. While a restroom is being cleaned, the crew opens each dispenser, swaps a low roll before it runs out, tops up soap and sanitizer, and relines the bins. What gets used comes off the closet shelf, and the shelf is counted before the crew moves on. Supervisors look at stock during their quality inspections, so a restroom that drains faster than planned gets a bigger reserve.

On busy floors, a day porter can make a midday check of the heaviest restrooms. Either way, the aim is to keep paper and soap stocked between visits. If your office buys its own products and wants to keep it that way, crews refill from your stock instead of ours.

Delivered supplies for teams that clean in-house

If your business employs its own custodian or facilities team, you can still buy supplies from us, with no cleaning service required. We set a delivery schedule from how fast the building goes through each item, carry the cases in, and shelve them in your supply closet, leaving your staff with only the refilling.

When the building changes, the order changes with it. A newly occupied floor or a round of hiring simply means larger quantities on the next delivery.

Dispensers supplied, mounted and matched

A towel roll that is slightly too wide, or a soap cartridge made for a different housing, is how dispensers jam and refills go to waste. We provide dispensers for paper, soap and sanitizer, mount them at the sinks, stalls and entries where people reach for them, and stock refills built for those exact units.

Happy with the dispensers you already have? Keep them. We record each unit during the walkthrough and order refills to fit, replacing one only when it is broken, missing or you ask for an upgrade.

Reserve stock, restroom by restroom

Par is the reserve each restroom should always have waiting: a set count of tissue rolls, towel packs, soap and sanitizer refills, seat cover sleeves and liners. That reserve sits on a shelf in the nearest supply closet. On each cleaning visit or delivery the shelf is counted and returned to par, so the next refill is only a few steps away.

Pars are revisited as the building changes. A floor that fills back up after a shift in hybrid schedules, or a week of visitors and meetings, earns a larger reserve, and a quieter stretch brings it back down.

One fewer vendor for the facility manager

Buying paper and soap separately means another account, another invoice and another phone call when a restroom runs dry. Ordering supplies through us takes that whole chore away. The facility manager stops counting rolls and placing reorders, and has one contact for the stock, plus the cleaning if we handle that too.

Buildings with their own demands have their own cleaning pages too, including medical facility cleaning and business park cleaning.

Planning reserves around restroom cores

Office buildings with large floors usually have several restroom cores on each level, and every core needs its own reserve on the closest closet shelf, so stock is planned core by core rather than for the floor as a whole.

Medical office buildings run their restrooms from the first appointment to the last, and their waiting rooms want sanitizer within reach of the door. Shops and restaurants, school campuses, and light industrial and warehouse buildings each use paper at their own pace, which is why every building gets its own plan.

What decides the price

Five things set the cost of a supply program: how many people and visitors use the building, how many restrooms and dispensers it has, how quickly each item goes, which quality of paper and soap you pick, and whether stock arrives with cleaning visits or on its own deliveries. After the walkthrough, the written quote lists every product line by line.

A few useful answers

Common questions

Do we need your cleaning service to order supplies?

No. San Ramon businesses that clean in-house can buy supplies on their own. We deliver on a set schedule and shelve the stock in your supply closet.

Will our current soap and towel units still work?

Yes. We note each unit on the walkthrough, order refills that fit, and replace a dispenser only if it is broken, missing or you want a change.

What if one restroom empties faster than the others?

Its par level goes up. The reserve in the closet is sized room by room, so a high-traffic restroom simply carries more backup stock than a quiet one.

Can quantities change for a busy season?

Yes. Pars and delivery quantities move with headcount, events and occupancy, and they come back down when the building settles.
